Referral

We currently have a mixture of accommodation units within the Midlands & North. Our referral process consists of carrying out an assessment on all clients aged 18-65 that have been referred, through various agencies. Such as;

  • W.A.I.T.S.
  • Midland Heart.
  • Trident Reach.
  • Birmingham City Council and other statutory & voluntary organisations.
  • We also accept self-referrals.

Referrals are required to have a completed external risk assessment & supported information (where possible). Our staff will conduct a referral assessment at an interview to ensure customers referred meet the eligibility for accommodation.
